Teen Curriculum
The curriculum for teens consists of developing students' basic motor skills and coordination, while at the same time developing mental benefits such as gaining Self-discipline and Self-control, building Confidence, sharpening Focus, teaching Respect and Courtesy, setting and achieving Goals, and developing a mindset of Excellence.
This curriculum consists of 3 levels developed to help the student achieve a fundamental understanding of the basics of Kung Fu and Karate through techniques and forms. Each level is taught in a rotating method so that a student entering a certain level will always be taught the whole level before advancing to the next level. Upon completing the curriculum, a student can achieve a Black Belt in Tai Chor Shaolin Kung Fu. They will also be skilled in Monk Staff techniques.
